Navigating Your Account

This guide explains how to use the True Impact portal, including the To-Do, Reports, and Donations tabs, and how to manage your account settings.

View Tasks

Click "To Do" in the top navigation bar.

  • Here, you will find all your to-do items. Find donations that need to be allocated, reports with feedback that need to be resolved, and other items that are due in your account.
  • You can also click to view past tasks that you have already completed.

Access Reports

Click "Reports" in the top navigation bar.
  • View and manage your programs and reports.
  • Use "Search Reports" to find specific reports.
  • Use the "Program" dropdown menu to filter reports by program.
  • Click "Add New" to create a new program or report (review this resource to learn more about creating new reports and programs).
  • The sidebar lists your core programs and the total number of created reports for that specific program.

Track Donations

Click "Donations" in the top navigation bar.

  • This page lists donations with details such as program name, date received, donor name, portfolio, year, manager, donation amount, and number of reports the donation was allocated across.
  • Use "Search Donations" to find specific donations.
  • Filter donations using the "Program" dropdown menu.
  • Click "Show Overview" to view a summary.

Manage your Account

Click your username in the top-right corner.

Select "My Account".

  • Update your first name, last name, pronouns, email, phone number, job title, and role.
  • To change your password, enter your current password in the "Old Password" field. Enter and confirm your new password in the "New Password" field.

Select "Manager Users"

  • Use the search bar to find specific users.
  • Click "Add New User" to add a new user to your organization. The table displays each user's name, email, job title, and role.Screenshot 2024-12-06 at 9.53.17 AM

Select "My Organization" 

  • Edit your organization's name, TIN/EIN, website, mission statement, and office location.
  • You may provide optional Diversity & Inclusion information, including details about executive leadership and the number of women and people of color in your organization.
  • You can also upload or delete your organization's picture.
