External application in alignment with True Impact’s system
- Nonprofits complete an application in an external data management system with an added step of completing a logic model separately. The logic model is aligned with True Impact’s models.
- Grant managers review applications, determine investment decisions, and assign partners to social impact pillars or portfolios.
- Grant managers invite grantees to complete a forecast with True Impact. True Impact provides a live training and one on one support as needed.
- Grant managers review individual forecasts as a means of tracking grantee progress toward agreed upon targets.
Social Impact Forecast as application addendum
- Grantees are invited to create a True Impact forecast as the step in their application process.
- True Impact provides a live training and one on one support. Grantees complete forecasts.
- Client reviews and/or rates forecasts. True Impact can also generate a high-level analysis of grantee forecasts to inform investment decisions.
- Client presents recommendations to the Board for final approval.
