      Verify Reports

      Verify and publish grantee reports in True Impact.

      If there is no True Impact feedback step, as the donor you will be solely responsible for providing feedback and verifying that your grantee made the requested updates. Follow these steps to verify:

      1. Log into your True Impact account.
      2. Click Feedback in the top navigation bar.
      3. In the Filters section, select Awaiting Funder Verification from the Status dropdown menu. Click Apply Filters.
      4. Click on the report you want to verify. Items needing verification will appear on the right.
      5. Click Begin Review.
      6. Review each comment and grantee response.
      7. Click Accept Response if satisfied or Leave Additional Feedback to request revisions.
      8. Once all feedback is addressed, click Publish Report. You'll see a confirmation that the report has been published. After publishing, no further feedback can be provided.
