Organize Your Programs

Programs are the folders that hold your annual reports. Follow these steps to organize your programs.

To organization the programs in your account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Reports tab
  2. Find and click on the program on the lefthand side that you want to make edits to
    1. To change the program name:
      1. Click "Edit Program" 
      2. Find the pencil icon next to the program name and click on it
      3. Type in the new name of the program
      4. Hit the save icon
      5. Refresh your browser to see the change reflected
     
    1. To move a report to a different program:
      1. Find the report
      2. On the far right of the report listed, click on the actions icon
      3. Click "Change program of this report"
      4. Use the drop down to find the program you want to move the report to and click "Change program"
     
    1. To change a report Program Manager:
      1. Click "Edit Program" 
      2. Under the Report Manager drop down, select the staff person who should receive notifications for that program
      3. Click "Save"
