Programs are the folders that hold your annual reports. Follow these steps to organize your programs.
To organization the programs in your account, follow these steps:
- Visit the Reports tab
- Find and click on the program on the lefthand side that you want to make edits to
- To change the program name:
- Click "Edit Program"
- Find the pencil icon next to the program name and click on it
- Type in the new name of the program
- Hit the save icon
- Refresh your browser to see the change reflected
- To move a report to a different program:
- Find the report
- On the far right of the report listed, click on the actions icon
- Click "Change program of this report"
- Use the drop down to find the program you want to move the report to and click "Change program"
- To change a report Program Manager:
- Click "Edit Program"
- Under the Report Manager drop down, select the staff person who should receive notifications for that program
