Manage Users

This guide explains how to add new users to your existing True Impact account.

Add a New User

  1. Log into your True Impact account.
  2. Click your user profile in the top right corner.
  3. Click "Manage Users" from the tabs at the top of your screen.
  4. Then click "Add new user" in the upper righthand corner of your screen.
  5. Fill in the required information: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Role.
  6. Review the password requirements, enter a password and confirm it. Feel free to enter a temporary password and prompt the new user to reset their password when logging in.
  7. Click "Create User"
Repeat these steps to add as many users to your account as you'd like.
