My Report Won't Submit / I'm Stuck Mid-Builder

If you are having trouble completing or submitting your report, here are the most common issues and how to resolve them.

The builder will not let me move forward.

The builder is sequential and each section needs to be completed before you can advance to the next. If you are stuck, check that the current section is fully filled out, including any required fields. Look for any warning messages, which indicate something is missing or needs attention.

I cannot edit a section I already completed.

If you need to change your impact model structure, for example, to add or remove indicators, you can do this from the Impact Model Details section. Navigate there and use the full model overview screen to make adjustments. Note that some earlier sections may need to be revisited if you make significant changes to your model.

My report says it is submitted but I cannot find it.

After submitting, your report will move into a review queue. You can find it by returning to the Impact Reporting section of your partner platform. It may show a status of "In Review" or similar while the review process is underway.

I am getting an error when I try to submit.

If you encounter a technical error during submission, please submit a technical support request and include as much detail as possible about what you were doing when the error occurred, including the section you were in and any error message you saw.
