Managing Your Account and Report Through Your Partner Platform

This article explains how account access and report management work for nonprofits reporting through a partner platform.

If you are completing your Impact Report through a partner platform such as Charity Navigator, your report lives within that platform and not in a separate True Impact account.

Accessing your report Log in to your partner platform and navigate to the Impact Reporting section to find your in-progress or submitted report. You do not need a separate login for True Impact.

Adding team members To give a colleague access to your report, add them as a user in your partner platform. Any team member with access to your organization's portal will be able to view and edit your report. For instructions on adding users, contact your partner platform directly.

Updating your organization profile General organization information, such as your name, mission, address, and contact details, is managed within your partner platform, not through True Impact. To update this information, log in to your partner platform and navigate to your organization profile or settings.
