How Do I Download or Share My Report?

You can download a PDF version of your report at any point before submitting.

To do this:

  1. In the report builder, navigate to the final section labeled "Submit and Review."
  2. Click "View/Download my draft report."
  3. Use the print icon to save a PDF version to your computer.

You can adjust the scale of the printed version if the formatting looks off — click "More Settings" in the print dialog, set the scale to "Custom," and adjust until the content fits cleanly on each page.

Download a published report Once your report has been published, you can download the final Social Impact Report as a PDF.

Share your report Your published report is a useful tool beyond the rating process. You can share it with current donors, include it in grant applications, or post it on your website. See Tips for Sharing Your Social Impact Report with Others for ideas on how to put your report to work.
