Accessing Your Reports via Partner Platforms

If your organization is part of the Impact Reporting Network through Charity Navigator or Blackbaud, you reach your impact report through that partner platform — not through a separate True Impact login.

Start from your partner platform

Charity Navigator

  1. Sign in to your Charity Navigator account.
  2. Navigate to the Impact & Measurement Beacon.
  3. Progress to the "Impact" section to find the True Impact report builder. 
  4. Open your report to start or continue working on it.

Blackbaud

You won't use the True Impact sign-in page

The "Sign in" button on this help center and the True Impact login page are for nonprofits that a funder invited to report directly in True Impact. As a network reporter, your account lives with your partner platform, so that login won't apply to you. If you've been trying to sign in there without success, this is why.

Trouble getting in?
  • Confirm you're signed in to the correct partner platform account for your organization.
  • If you can sign in to the partner platform but can't find your report, contact the partner platform for support.
